An exhibition showcasing the work of Sarah L Stewart (paintings), Sabine Wagner (ceramics) and Nikki Johnston (sculpture).

An Abstract Art Exhibition to Inspire

An art exhibition with a focus on abstraction as a format that challenges our perspective on landscape, character and personality and the purpose of materials.

This exhibition will engage viewers with a range of works that are contemplative, creative, and full of surprise and beauty.

People of all ages will enjoy this exhibition and find something that will spark their imagination and inspire them to consider art that does sits slightly aside the figurative world.

Featured Art Exhibition Artists

Sarah L Stewart’s paintings are complex, detailed often colours and intriguing. She works intuitively, often beginning with no plan or intention, the works are undoubtedly shaped by the environment both urban landscape of city streets to the beautiful natural landscape of rural and coastal lutruwita/Tasmania).

Sabine Wagner explores a number of different art forms and in this exhibition, she shows recent ceramics and abstract paintings on aluminium foil – inviting the viewer to look deeper.

The ceramics post are dedicated to resistance fighters throughout our history unique colourful and strong to counteract the dark times we are facing.

Nikki Johnston’s creative practice is informed by a lifetime immersed in storytelling, jewellery design, and hand-engraving precious metal.

Repurposed and reimagined, defunct to funked, Nikki’s ork embraces a playful exploration of unorthodox materials and processes.

Come and visit this exhibition and see a diversity of practice and mediums including paintings, ceramics and sculpture made from repurposed objects.
